Great Day to Finish Projects and Decorate for the Holiday

So my dinning room table and chairs are finished and Susan and I decortated for Christmas.

Let me show you what's been happening in my neck of the world!

I forgot do I live in the rain forest or in eastern Washington? Total inches 7 as of Sunday morning we are expected to receive 2-4 more tonight! I wonder how many wards had church I think our whole stake cancelled.

Garden Shed and New Addition to the Goat Barn

Well I can't figure out how to put a movie on yet!! But here is where the garden shed ended up.
Dad, at my request add a side cover to the goat barn so that their hay would stay dry in the rain as well as their salt lick. Boy were they excited when we added it. They were running up and over the whole house and jumping around just like little kids....ha ha ha. As dad and I were placing it one of the goats jumped on top of it while we were holding it we gave him quite a ride.

All In A Days Work

So this was a very productive day. We, Susan and I, painted my dining room table. Take a look. Kind of a before and after.

Surprise! Surprise!

So Sunday afternoon Judd came home from meetings and was taking a short nap when there was a knock on the front door. We were surprised! Not expecting anyone. It was our neighbor Sam Hippalo asking if we had goats!!!! Yes why He said that the police were trying to round them up. They had gotten out!!!! Had followed the fence line through the blackberries and were out. So we had to get the goats out the the brier so to speak. Sorry to dark to take pic but they are home now and the escape route was covered up.

Your Just Not As Young As You Think!!!

So I decided to begin running again. So 1.5 miles this morning and then another mile after work and then a two mile walk with my sister before dinner!!!! What was I thinking that I'm 20 again. Aspirin and ice packs. No pain no gain no way.

The Garden Shed/Goats

The Garden shed is really shaping up Judd has been home sick the last couple of days with a cold and work says stay away so this is what he does...
Notice the track in the berry bushes cool huh no the goats didn't do that Judd did so the goats could exercise.

Bedroom Done!!!

So my bedroom is done in record time. Now on to the next one. Dining Room Table. This is kind of fun. It's my sisters fault, she encourages me. Thanks Susan, I love ya.

The Highlight of my week.

What is the highlight of my week...looking at my families blogs. Along with the Steeles who we have adopted. Keep it coming. Oh Tiffany sorry about being tagged. I"m working on it.

Again the grandchildren take a back seat!!

You all know how I have wanted a play house for the grandchildren...and how the goats got the first house. Well now my sister gets the next one. Here is the garden house/shed. Notice the roof line, dad really worked hard on getting it right. Saturday Judd was working on it, Bracan was off with his family enjoying the sunshine, Aaron was well I don't know where they were, he was missing Kipp who would have been right in the middle of it and we all know that if Lydia was close she would have control of the power tools. Dad is having such a great time building, I think he needs this, it is his therapy. Next posting will be the finished bedroom. The bedskirt is done and I'm working on the cutains.

How are the goats doing?

This seems to be the hot questions these days. Well they really like their little barn. Spent the whole day in it yesterday. Of course it rained all day. They love the last afternoon when all the kids come for soccor practice...the coach doesn't we hear her yelling at them susie get back here. It's fun. Rabbit and Goat love to watch them play. They also do all they can to get out when we open a gate...they are looking at all the plants yum yum as you can see they got to the sunflower plants missing leaves in the middle and one top gone completely. Sorry Max. So we took the picture from the park side.

Saying Goodbye To A Good Friend

Buddy Harley Davidson died today. We will miss him just hanging around the yard. He was really our best friend, he was the best. He will be missed very much.

The Apartment!

So for those of you who want to know, Susan has really fixed up the apartment! She has painted and put in new carpet, it is really very nice. I think she is very happy here, and here ya go... I'm really happy she is here. It is funny but we think alot alike on somethings and it makes us laugh when it come out. I love her. Take a look.
